Typically within 24 to 48 business hours. If an ARD meeting is already scheduled, say so and it will be prioritized.

Before you write
It helps to know your child’s grade, which district they attend, whether there is already an IEP or 504 plan in place, and whether a meeting is coming up. None of it is required.
Please do not send records yet
Hold on to evaluations, IEPs and school correspondence until after the first call. If we go ahead, I will tell you exactly what to send and how to send it.
